How a project runs.
- 01
Brief and quote
Send CAD, SketchUp, Rhino or Revit files with material intent and references. A project lead confirms views, image sizes and deadlines, then fixes the quote and schedule.
- 02
Model preview
We build the model from your drawings and add the details, then send clay previews to fix camera and composition. Rendering starts only once geometry and angles are agreed, so late rework is avoided.
- 03
Render preview
Render previews to agree materials, lighting and scene setting, so the look matches the design intent before the full render.
- 04
Final render
Full-resolution render, then post-production retouching of colour, light and detail.
- 05
Delivery
Before delivery, mark up comments directly on the image. We revise in batches until the image is signed off, then deliver print-ready stills and finished films, and archive the project for later changes.

How do you quote a project?
Renderings are quoted on the number of views, image size and design depth; films on running time and shot complexity. Send drawings or a model with the views and deadline you need, and a project lead will reply with a quote and schedule.
How long does a set of renderings take?
A typical single view takes 2–3 working days, and a set of around four views takes 3–5 days, depending on the number of views and how complete the model is. We confirm every milestone with you before work starts.
How long does an architectural film take?
A film of around one minute usually takes about a week, covering storyboard, preview, rendering, editing and music.
What files do you work from?
CAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit or 3ds Max models, plus material intent and references. If there is no model, we build one from the drawings, with 3D design support charged according to the work involved.
Can you work to a rush deadline?
It depends on the project. Tell us your deadline and we will confirm what is possible.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, as the project requires. For competitions and unreleased projects we can sign one before you send any material.
Have a project
on the boards?
Send drawings and the views you need, and we will reply with a quote and schedule.
